The story of TAO

One journey, four kitchens

A boy from a village in Thailand set out, as his father once had, to find a treasure. In India he discovered the aromas of spice and the taste of curry. In China he learned the secrets of noodles and the wok. In Japan he watched sushi masters at work, and understood that the treasure was the journey itself: the cultures, the people and the cuisines he found along the way. At TAO, that journey is on the table.
